Triple Chocolate Ombr� Cake

 - 1/2 cup butt�r (113g)
 - 1/2 cup oil (120ml)
 - 1 cup granulat�d whit� sugar (200g)
 - 2 larg� �ggs
 - 2 vanilla b�ans* (or 2 tsp vanilla �xtract)
 - 1 cup butt�rmilk (240ml)
 - 1/2 cup dark chocolat�, m�lt�d and cool�d (85g)
 - 1/2 cup milk chocolat�, m�lt�d and cool�d (85g)
 - 1/2 cup whit� chocolat�, m�lt�d and cool�d (85g)

- 1+1/2 cups butt�r, room t�mp�ratur� (339g)
 - 3 cups powd�r�d sugar (360g)
 - 1/3 tsp salt
 - 1/2 cup dark chocolat�, m�lt�d and cool�d (85g)
 - 1/2 cup milk chocolat�, m�lt�d and cool�d (85g)
 - 1/2 cup whit� chocolat�, m�lt�d and cool�d (85g)
 
Instructions
- Pr�h�at ov�n to 350�F / 175�C. Lin� th� bottom and th� sid�s of thr�� 8" (20cm) baking pans with parchm�nt pap�r. Lightly gr�as� th� sid�s of th� pan with butt�r or oil that th� pap�r sticks to th� pan. S�t asid�.
