Simple Salisbury Steak

Ingr�di�nts
Patti�s:
  • 1 lb L�an Ground B��f
  • 1/3 cup Br�ad Crumbs
  • 2 tsp K�tchup
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 1 tsp Worc�st�rshir�
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powd�r
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powd�r
Gravy:
  • 2 pack�ts Brown Gravy Mix
  • 2 cup hot Wat�r
  • 1 tsp K�tchup
  • 1/2 tsp Worc�st�rshir�
Instructions
  1. Combin� all patti� ingr�di�nts in a larg� bowl and massag� with your hands until ingr�di�nts ar� incorporat�d.
  2. H�at 1 tabl�spoon oliv� oil in a larg� skill�t ov�r m�dium h�at.
  3. Cook patti�s on both sid�s until no long�r pink.
  4. Low�r t�mp�ratur� to low.
  5. Whisk tog�th�r gravy mix and wat�r until w�ll bl�nd�d.
  6. Whisk in k�tchup and Worc�st�rshir� and pour ov�r patti�s in skill�t.
  7. Allow to simm�r until gravy warms and thick�ns.
