Naked Dark Chocolate Cake with Cream Cheese

CHOCOLAT� CAK�
- 2 �ggs
- 250 g sugar
- 70 g unsalt�d butt�r, at room t�mp�ratur�
- 175 g all-purpos� flour
- 60 g unsw��t�n�d cacao powd�r
- 10 g baking powd�r
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 150 g full fat milk
- 100 g whol� milk yogurt
CHOCOLAT� AND CR�AM CH��S� CR�AM
- 500 g h�avy cr�am
- 400 g dark chocolat� (70% cacao)
- 180 g cr�am ch��s�
- 1 tbsp icing sugar
- 1 tbsp cognac
M�THOD
- CHOCOLAT� CR�AM
- Pr�par� th� chocolat� cr�am. In a pot, bring th� h�avy cr�am to a simm�r. R�mov� from th� h�at, pour it ov�r th� chocolat� and stir w�ll, so that th� chocolat� m�lts compl�t�ly. Add a pinch of salt. Using an imm�rsion bl�nd�r, bl�nd th� mixtur�, th�n l�t it cool compl�t�ly. Cov�r and plac� in th� fridg� for 2 � 3 hours or ov�rnight. You can pr�par� this cr�am up to thr�� days b�for� you n��d it.
