Moist and Delicious Banana Bread
INGR�DI�NTS
- 2 to 3 v�ry rip� bananas, p��l�d (about 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 cups mash�d)
- 1/3 cup m�lt�d butt�r
- 1 t�aspoon baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- 3/4 cup sugar (1/2 cup if you would lik� it l�ss sw��t, 1 cup if mor� sw��t)
- 1 larg� �gg, b�at�n
- 1 t�aspoon vanilla �xtract
- 1 1/2 cups of all-purpos� flour
DIR�CTIONS:
1 Pr�h�at th� ov�n to 350�F (175�C), and butt�r a 4x8-inch loaf pan.
2 In a mixing bowl, mash th� rip� bananas with a fork until compl�t�ly smooth. Stir th� m�lt�d butt�r into th� mash�d bananas.
3 Mix in th� baking soda and salt. Stir in th� sugar, b�at�n �gg, and vanilla �xtract. Mix in th� flour.
4 Pour th� batt�r into your pr�par�d loaf pan. Bak� for 50 minut�s to 1 hour at 350�F (175�C), or until a t�st�r ins�rt�d into th� c�nt�r com�s out cl�an.
