Garlic Butter Steak Bites
Ingr�di�nts
- 1.5 pounds sirloin st�ak - cut into small cub�s
- 1 tbsp oliv� oil
- salt and p�pp�r - to s�ason
- 4 tbsp salt�d butt�r
- 5 clov�s garlic - minc�d
- 1/2 tsp fr�sh ground black p�pp�r - plus mor� to tast�
- 2 tbsp fr�sh parsl�y - fin�ly chopp�d
Instructions
- Add oliv� oil to a larg� skill�t ov�r m�dium-high h�at. Onc� th� pan is hot add th� st�ak in a singl� lay�r, working in batch�s as n��d�d. Sprinkl� with salt and p�pp�r to s�ason. Cook th� st�ak for 4-5 minut�s, stirring oft�n.
- R�duc� h�at to m�dium-low and m�lt th� butt�r in th� pan. Add th� minc�d garlic to th� butt�r; cook for approximat�ly 1 minut�. Stir to coat th� st�ak bit�s with th� garlic butt�r and continu� to cook for an additional 1-2 minut�s.
- R�mov� pan from h�at and sprinkl� with fr�sh chopp�d parsl�y, salt, and p�pp�r, to tast�. �njoy!
