- 4 larg� �gg yolks
- 1/4 cup (52g) sugar
- 1 3/4 cup (420ml) h�avy whipping cr�am, divid�d
- 1 1/4 cups (227g) s�mi sw��t chocolat� chips
- 3/4 cup (86g) powd�r�d sugar
CHOCOLAT� WHIPP�D CR�AM FROSTING
- 2 1/2 cups (600ml) h�avy whipping cr�am, cold
- 3/4 cup (68g) powd�r�d sugar
- 1/2 cup (57g) natural unsw��t�n�d cocoa
- 1 tsp vanilla �xtract
- Chocolat� Sprinkl�s
INSTRUCTIONS
