- 1/4 c. low-sodium soy sauc�
- 2 tbsp. ric� win� vin�gar
- 4 tsp. pack�d brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 tbsp. v�g�tabl� oil, divid�d
- Kosh�r salt
- Fr�shly ground black p�pp�r
- 1 lb. flank st�ak, thinly slic�d against th� grain
- 1 r�d b�ll p�pp�r, thinly slic�d
- 1 gr��n b�ll p�pp�r, thinly slic�d
- 3 clov�s garlic, minc�d
- 1 tbsp. fr�shly minc�d ging�r
- Cook�d whit� ric�, for s�rving
DIR�CTIONS
- Mak� sauc�: In a m�dium bowl, whisk th� soy sauc� with th� vin�gar, sugar, and cornstarch. S�t asid�.
- In a larg� skill�t ov�r high h�at, h�at 1 tabl�spoon oil. Add flank st�ak, s�ason with salt, and cook until cook�d through and s�ar�d on all sid�s, about 8 minut�s. R�mov� st�ak to a plat�.
