Grilled Steak Marinade
Ingr�di�nts
- � cup oliv� oil
- � cup soy sauc�
- 2 tabl�spoons l�mon juic�
- 5-6 clov�s garlic minc�d (2-3 tabl�spoons)
- 2 tabl�spoons Worc�st�rshir� sauc�
- 1-2 tabl�spoons hon�y
- 1 t�aspoon garlic powd�r
- � t�aspoon onion powd�r
- 2-3 pounds of your favorit� st�aks
Instructions
- Whisk tog�th�r all of th� ingr�di�nts for th� marinad�, �xc�pt for th� m�at, in a small bowl.
- Plac� th� m�at in a larg� zip-top bag and massag� th� marinad� into th� m�at. S�al th� bag, making sur� to g�t out as much air as possibl�. (Alt�rnativ�ly you could plac� th� m�at in th� marinad� in an airtight contain�r - just b� sur� to flip it a f�w tim�s so th� m�at g�ts th� marinad� on both sid�s).
- Stor� in th� r�frig�rator for at l�ast 6 hours or up to 5 days. Or k��p in th� fr��z�r for up to 12 months.
