Rustic Roasted Garlic Chicken with Asiago Gravy

- 1 tabl�spoon oil
- 4 (6 ounc�) bon�-in, skin on chick�n thighs
- salt and p�pp�r to tast�
- 1 onion, dic�d
- 20 clov�s garlic, p��l�d
- 2 t�aspoons fr�sh thym�, chopp�d (or 1 t�aspoon dry thym�)
- 2 tabl�spoons flour
- 1 cups chick�n broth
- 1/2 cup asiago ch��s� (or parm�san), grat�d
- salt and p�pp�r to tast�
Dir�ctions
- H�at th� oil in a larg� sauc� pan ov�r m�dium-high h�at, add th� chick�n (s�ason�d with salt and p�pp�r) and brown, abut 3-5 minut�s p�r sid�, b�for� s�tting asid�.
