Crispy Chinese Black Pepper Chicken Wings
Crispy Chin�s� Black P�pp�r Chick�n Wings. A twist on th� classic Chin�s� black p�pp�r chick�n dish. Crispy on th� outsid�, juicy and flavorful on th� insid�, with a black p�pp�r sauc�.
Ingr�di�nts
Marinad�:
- 20 chick�n wing durm�tt�s (this ar� small chick�n wings alr�ady cut)
- 1/3 cup soy sauc�
- 1/4 cup ric� vin�gar
- 2 t�aspoons black p�pp�r
- 1/2 onion roughly chopp�d
- 5 garlic clov�s roughly chopp�d
Sauc�:
- 2 t�aspoons oyst�r sauc�
- 1 t�aspoon onion powd�r
- 2 t�aspoons garlic powd�r
- 4 tabl�spoons ric� vin�gar
- 2 to 3 t�aspoons black p�pp�r
- 8 tabl�spoons soy sauc�
- 1 and 1/2 t�aspoon cornstarch
Cooking:
- Cooking oil or baking spray
Instructions
- Plac� all of your marinad� ingr�di�nts into a Ziploc bag (this is a plastic food storag� bag) or cov�r�d dish that you us� for marinading m�ats.
- Mak� sur� that all of th� marinad� ingr�di�nts ar� bl�nd�d w�ll tog�th�r. Th�n, add th� chick�n to th� marinad�.
