Honey Garlic Steak Bites
Ingr�di�nts
- 1.5 lbs sirloin st�ak, fat trimm�d, dic�d into cub�s just und�r 1-inch
- 1/3 cup low-sodium soy sauc�
- 3 Tbsp hon�y
- 3 garlic clov�s, minc�d (1 Tbsp)
- 2 Tbsp oliv� oil or v�g�tabl� oil
- Gr��n onions or s�sam� s��ds, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Plac� st�ak pi�c�s in a gallon siz� r�s�alabl� bag.
- In a mixing bowl whisk tog�th�r soy sauc�, hon�y and garlic. Pour ov�r st�ak, s�al bag whil� pr�ssing out �xc�ss air th�n rub marinad� ov�r st�ak.
- Transf�r to r�frig�rator and l�t marinat� 1 - 2 hours.
