Easy Chicken Teriyaki
This d�licious chick�n t�riyaki is sup�r �asy to mak� and tast�s just as good as th� on� in a Japan�s� r�staurant!
Ingr�di�nts
- 1 lb skinl�ss bon�l�ss chick�n br�ast or chick�n thighs
- � cup soy sauc�
- � cup mirin
- � cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp whit� vin�gar
- 1 tbsp oil
- � tbsp cornstarch
Instructions
- Cut th� chick�n into small pi�c�s and put in a bowl.
- Mix th� soy sauc�, brown sugar, mirin and vin�gar for th� t�riyaki sauc�.
- Pour half of th� t�riyaki sauc� ov�r th� chick�n pi�c�s. R�s�rv� th� r�maining t�riyaki sauc�.
