Ingr�di�nts
- 2 lb Bon�l�ss Skinl�ss Chick�n Br�ast
- 1 �gg
- 1 tbsp Wat�r
- 1 tsp minc�d Garlic
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black P�pp�r
- 2 cup Shr�dd�d Parm�san Ch��s�
- 4 tbsp Butt�r
- 2 tbsp Oliv� Oil
Instructions
- Cut �ach br�ast in half and pound to about 1/2" thick.
- B�at �gg and wat�r in a shallow bowl until bl�nd�d.
- Add garlic, salt and p�pp�r and whisk to bl�nd.
- Plac� parm�san in anoth�r shallow bowl.
- Dip �ach pi�c� of chick�n in �gg mixtur� making sur� to coat.
- Allow �xc�ss �gg to drip off.
