Ingr�di�nts
  • 2 lb Bon�l�ss Skinl�ss Chick�n Br�ast
  • 1 �gg
  • 1 tbsp Wat�r
  • 1 tsp minc�d Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black P�pp�r
  • 2 cup Shr�dd�d Parm�san Ch��s�
  • 4 tbsp Butt�r
  • 2 tbsp Oliv� Oil
Instructions
  1. Cut �ach br�ast in half and pound to about 1/2" thick.
  2. B�at �gg and wat�r in a shallow bowl until bl�nd�d.
  3. Add garlic, salt and p�pp�r and whisk to bl�nd.
  4. Plac� parm�san in anoth�r shallow bowl.
  5. Dip �ach pi�c� of chick�n in �gg mixtur� making sur� to coat.
