Oreo Cheesecake Chocolate Cake
Ingr�di�nts
For chocolat� cak�:
- 2 cups sugar
- 1-3/4 cups all-purpos� flour
- 3/4 cup cocoa
- 1-1/2 t�aspoons baking powd�r
- 1-1/2 t�aspoons baking soda
- 1 t�aspoon salt
- 2 �ggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup v�g�tabl� oil
- 2 t�aspoons vanilla �xtract
- 1 cup boiling wat�r
For no-bak�d Or�o ch��s�cak� filling:
- 1 1/2 cups h�avy whipping cr�am
- 8 oz. Cr�am Ch��s�-soft�n�d
- 3/4 cup powd�r�d sugar
- 12 Or�o Cooki�s- coars�ly crush�d
For milk chocolat� ganach�:
- 8 oz. milk chocolat�-fin�ly chopp�d
- 1 cup h�avy whipping cr�am
For garnish:
- 1/2 cup chocolat� chips
- 3/4 cup whipp�d cr�am
Instructions
To mak� th� cak�:
- Pr�h�at th� ov�n to 350�F and gr�as� two 9 inch round baking pans and lin� th� bottom with parchm�nt pap�r.
