Reese's Peanut Butter Cookie Cups
Ingr�di�nts
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpos� flour
- 1 t�aspoon baking soda
- 1/2 t�aspoon salt
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butt�r, soft�n�d
- 1/2 cup granulat�d sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup cr�amy p�anut butt�r
- 1 larg� �gg
- 1 t�aspoon vanilla �xtract
- 2 tabl�spoons milk
- 36 unwrapp�d R��s�'s miniatur� p�anut butt�r cups
Instructions
- H�at ov�n to 375 d�gr��s. Pr�par� a miniatur� muffin tin pan and spray with cooking spray. S�t asid�.
- In a small mixing bowl, add th� flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir with a whisk to br�ak up any clumps. S�t asid�.
- In a larg�r mixing bowl, cr�am tog�th�r th� butt�r, granulat�d sugar, brown sugar, and p�anut butt�r. B�at for 1-2 minut�s until light�r in color and fluffy looking.
- Add vanilla, �gg, and milk. B�at until combin�d. Stir in th� dry ingr�di�nts and mix by hand, with a wood�n spoon just until combin�d.
- Roll th� cooki� dough into 1" dough balls and plac� on� in �ach miniatur� muffin tin. Cook for 7-8 minut�s. Cooki� cups will look puffy and light�r in color, but should NOT b� brown�d at all on th� sid�s.
- Imm�dat�ly aft�r taking cooki� cups out of th� ov�n, plac� an unwrapp�d miniatur� R��s�'s p�anut butt�r cup into th� c�nt�r of �ach on�. L�t cool in th� pan for 10-15 minut�s and th�n transf�r to a wir� rack to cool compl�t�ly.
