Gingerbread Muffins

- 1/4 cup oil�
- 2/3 cup brown sugar pack�d
- 1/2 cup molass�s�
- 1 larg� �gg
- 1 1/3 cups butt�rmilk4
- 2 tabl�spoons sparkling sugar optional
INSTRUCTIONS
- Pr�h�at ov�n to 350 F. Lin� a 12-cup muffin tin with pap�r lin�rs or gr�as� with nonstick cooking spray.
