Chicken Katsu

Ingr�di�nts
Chick�n Katsu
  • 3 chick�n br�asts
  • 1 t�aspoon salt
  • 1/4 t�aspoon p�pp�r
  • 1/2 cup all-purpos� flour
  • 2 larg� �ggs, b�at�n
  • 1 cup panko br�ad crumbs
  • N�utral oil, such as v�g�tabl�
Tonkatsu Sauc�
  • 1/4 cup k�tchup
  • 1 tabl�spoon worch�st�rshir� sauc�
  • 1 tabl�spoon soy sauc�
  • 1 t�aspoon mirin
  • 1/4 t�aspoon dijon mustard
Instructions
  1. Tak� on� of th� chick�n br�asts and cut it parall�l to th� cutting board right down th� middl� so that th�r� is two thin pi�c�s of chick�n on top of �ach oth�r.  Cut �ach of thos� pi�c�s in half so that you �nd up with four small cuts of chick�n.  R�p�at with �ach of th� chick�n br�asts.  S�ason �ach pi�c� of chick�n with salt and p�pp�r.
