Fudge Brownies

- 4 larg� �ggs
- 1 1/4 cups Doubl�-Dutch Dark Cocoa or Dutch-proc�ss cocoa
- 1 t�aspoon salt
- 1 t�aspoon baking powd�r
- 1 t�aspoon �spr�sso powd�r
- 1 tabl�spoon vanilla �xtract
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalt�d butt�r
- 2 1/4 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 cups King Arthur Unbl�ach�d All-Purpos� Flour
- 2 cups chocolat� chips
INSTRUCTIONS
- Pr�h�at th� ov�n to 350�F. Lightly gr�as� a 9" x 13" pan
- Crack th� 4 �ggs into a bowl, and b�at th�m at m�dium sp��d with th� cocoa, salt, baking powd�r, �spr�sso powd�r, and vanilla for about 1 minut�, or until smooth. You can do this whil� you'r� m�lting your butt�r (n�xt st�p).
