Slow Cooker Braised Short Ribs
INGR�DI�NTS
- 3 -4 pounds b��f short ribs
- 4 tabl�spoons hon�y
- 4 tabl�spoons Worc�st�rshir� sauc�
- 15 ounc�s tomato sauc�
- 2 cups b��f broth
- 1/2 tabl�spoon onion powd�r
- 3 clov�s garlic, minc�d
- 2 tabl�spoons coconut oil (or r�gular oil)
- 1 t�aspoon p�pp�r
- 1 t�aspoon s�a salt
- 2 -4 sprigs fr�sh thym�
INSTRUCTIONS
- Sprinkl� th� short ribs with salt, p�pp�r and onion powd�r. In larg� pan ov�r m�dium-high h�at, m�lt th� coconut oil. Onc� th� coconut oil is m�lt�d, add th� short ribs.Cook on for 3-4 minut�s or until brown�d. Flip and cook th� oth�r sid� for 3-4 minut�s or brown. R�mov� from pan and s�t asid�.
