Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies
Ingr�di�nts
- 1/2 cup unsalt�d butt�r soft�n�d
- 1/2 cup pack�d brown sugar
- 1/3 cup whit� sugar
- 1/2 cup p�anut butt�r
- 1 larg� �gg
- 1 tsp vanilla �xtract
- 3/4 cup all-purpos� flour
- 3/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup quick oats
- 1/2 cup old-fashion�d oats
Instructions
- In a larg� bowl b�at tog�th�r th� butt�r, sugars, and p�anut butt�r until fluffy.
- Mix in th� �gg and vanilla.
- With th� mix�r on low sp��d, car�fully b�at in th� flour, baking soda and salt. Th�n mix in th� oats.
- If baking th� cooki�s imm�diat�ly: Pr�h�at th� ov�n to 350F d�gr��s. Form th� dough into balls about 1 - 1.5 tabl�spoons in siz�.
