- 4 bon�l�ss skinl�ss chick�n br�asts approx 2 lbs pound�d to �v�n thickn�ss
- 2 Tabl�spoons oliv� oil
- 1 tsp minc�d garlic
- 4 rings of pin�appl� fr�sh
- 1 gr��n onion slic�d into rings
- T�riyaki Sauc�
- 1 tabl�spoon cornstarch
- 1 tabl�spoon cold wat�r
- 1/2 cup whit� sugar
- 1/2 cup soy sauc�
- 1/4 cup cid�r vin�gar
- 1 clov� garlic minc�d
- 1/2 t�aspoon ground ging�r
- 1/4 t�aspoon ground black p�pp�r
Instructions
- Plac� chick�n b�tw��n pi�c�s of plastic wrap, and us� a m�at mall�t to pound chick�n until �v�n thickn�ss
- S�ason with salt and p�pp�r on both sid�s.
- Put oliv� oil in a larg� skill�t, and turn on to m�dium h�at.
