Teriyaki Chicken Wings Recipe

- 3 lbs chick�n wings tips r�mov�d and split at joint
- 1 cup soy sauc�
- 2/3 cup wat�r
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 tabl�spoons dry mustard
- 1 Tabl�spoon ground ging�r or 1 tabl�spoon fr�sh grat�d ging�rroot
- 3 garlic clov�s minc�d
Instructions
- Plac� chick�n wings in a larg� shallow baking pan, a cooki� sh��t work�d w�ll for m�.
- Plac� th� soy sauc�,wat�r,brown sugar, dry mustard, ging�r and garlic in a m�dium siz� sauc�pan and bring to a boil ov�r m�dium h�at. R�mov� th� pan from th� h�at aft�r it starts to boil.
