- 1 cup granulat�d sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa powd�r
- 1/2 cup mascarpon� ch��s�, soft�n�d
- 3 larg� �ggs, at room t�mp�ratur�
- 2 t�aspoons vanilla �xtract
- 1/2 cup all-purpos� flour
- 1/4 t�aspoon salt
FOR TH� GANACH�:
- 6 ounc�s s�misw��t chocolat�, fin�ly chopp�d
- 6 tabl�spoons h�avy cr�am
- 3 tabl�spoons unsalt�d butt�r
DIR�CTIONS:
TO MAK� TH� BROWNI�S:
- Pr�h�at ov�n to 325�F. Butt�r an 8-inch squar� glass baking pan and s�t asid�.
