Oven-Baked Barbecue Chicken

- 4 chick�n l�gs, skinn�d if you pr�f�r
- 120ml (8 tbsp) tomato k�tchup
- 30ml (2 tbsp) brown sugar
- 15ml (1 tbsp) mild mustard
- 30ml (2 tbsp) Worc�st�rshir� sauc�
- 1 garlic clov�, crush�d
- 15ml (1 tbsp) v�g�tabl� oil
INSTRUCTIONS
- Pr�h�at th� ov�n to 220�C (fan 200�C/425�F/gas 7).
- Mak� 2-3 d��p cuts in �ach pi�c� of chick�n using a sharp knif�. This allows th� sauc� to p�n�trat� and flavour th� chick�n w�ll.
