Garlic Butter Herb Steak Bites with Potatoes

- 1 tabl�spoon oliv� oil
- 2 tabl�spoons butt�r, divid�d
- 1 pound yukon gold potato�s, slic�d about � inch in thickn�ss
- 3 garlic clov�s, minc�d
- 1 t�aspoon thym�, chopp�d
- 1 t�aspoon ros�mary, chopp�d
- 1 t�aspoon or�gano, chopp�d
- 1� pounds sirloin st�aks, cut into 1 inch cub�s
- salt and p�pp�r
Instructions
- H�at a larg� cast iron skill�t ov�r m�dium high h�at and add oliv� oil and butt�r, potato�s, garlic, thym�, ros�mary, and or�gano. Cook for about 3 minut�s, stir and cook and additional 3 minut�s until fork t�nd�r. R�mov� and s�t asid� on a plat�.
