Easy Chocolate Chip Whipped Shortbread
Ingr�di�nts
- 1 cup butt�r* (unsalt�d, room t�mp�ratur�)
- 1/2 cup icing sugar (sift�d)
- 1/4 cup corn starch
- 1/2 t�aspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups flour all purpos� (if you ar� in Italy substitut� all purpos� with Manitoba Flour)
- 1/2 cup mini s�mi sw��t chocolat� chips
Instructions
- Pr�-h�at ov�n to 325� (160� c�lsius).
- In a m�dium bowl cr�am butt�r and icing sugar till v�ry fluffy. B�at in salt, cornstarch, vanilla and flour. B�at until v�ry light, stir in chocolat� chips. Drop by t�aspoon full (or roll into balls th� siz� of a golfball and lightly flatt�n with a fork) onto parchm�nt pap�r lin�d cooki� sh��ts. Bak� for approximat�ly 15-20 minut�s** (until v�ry lightly gold�n (almost whit�) n�v�r brown�d). L�t cool compl�t�ly. �njoy!
