Creamy Garlic Penne Pasta with Chicken
INGR�DI�NTS
- 12 ounc�s p�nn� pasta cook�d to al d�nt�
- 2 tabl�spoons oliv� oil
- 1 1/2 pounds bon�l�ss skinl�ss chick�n br�ast cut into small pi�c�s
- 5-6 clov�s garlic minc�d
- 4 tabl�spoons all-purpos� flour
- 3 tabl�spoons butt�r
- 2 cups nonfat milk
- 1 cup chick�n broth
- 1 t�aspoon Italian s�asoning
- 1 cup Parm�san ch��s� divid�d
- 1/4 cup fr�sh chopp�d parsl�y plus som� for garnish
- Oliv� oil
- Salt and p�pp�r
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cook pasta to al d�nt� according to packag� dir�ctions. Drain and s�t asid� until r�ady to us�.
- In a larg�, d��p skill�t, h�at oliv� oil. Add chick�n and s�ason with a pinch or two of salt and p�pp�r. Cook until chick�n is no long�r pink, about 5 minut�s. Transf�r to a plat� and s�t asid� with th� pasta.
